APTA NH DPT/PTA Student Scholarship 2025

APTA NH is proud to award a $500 scholarship to a future leader of the New Hampshire physical therapy community.

Applicant Requirements:

Applicants MUST be:

(1) An APTA student member

(2) In good standing in their second year of a New Hampshire PTA program or second or third year of a New Hampshire DPT program

(3) Planning to work in New Hampshire after graduation

Application Process:

Please complete and submit the following application, with required supplemental materials by

Supplemental Materials:

1-2 letters of recommendation (LOR) that speak to your character, performance, and/or merit. Letters may be written by:

(1) A faculty member of your current program

(2) A previous clinical instructor

(3) An employer in the field of physical therapy

(4) A volunteer or service organization

Notification of Scholarship Award:

The scholarship will be announced and awarded at the Student and Early Professional Special Interest Group (SIG) event.

All applications must be complete in order to be considered.
