Application Process: 

Please complete and submit the following application, with required supplemental materials by 9/30/24. 

 

Supplemental Materials:

1-2 letters of recommendation (LOR) that speak to your character, performance, and/or merit. Letters may be written by:

(1) A faculty member of your current program

(2) A previous clinical instructor 

(3) An employer in the field of physical therapy 

(4) A volunteer or service organization 

 

The scholarship will be announced and awarded at the Student and Early Professional Special Interest Group (SIG) launch on 10/26/24 at Stark Brewery in Manchester, NH following the APTA NH Annual Conference (invite with additional details to follow). Candidates are expected to attend the SIG launch event in person.
