New Student and Early Professional Special Interest Group

We are excited to announce that we are launching a special interest group (SIG) for students and providers within the first five years of their career. The SIG will help support students and early professionals with learning opportunities, mentorship, and social events. We are in the early stages of developing the SIG and would love additional support. The chapter has created student liaison positions with representation from academic institutions in the state to improve communication with student needs. Congratulations to the following students: Liz Lata and Blake Rose from Plymouth State University; Kish Padaliya, Megan Marasca, Jocelyn Gagnon, and Jared Wheeler from Franklin Pierce University, and Wren Tsao from River Valley Community College. Additionally, Blake Rose has been selected as Student Council Rep and will be working as a liaison between APTA National and APTA NH.
