APTA NH Course Approval Process and Application

Thank you for your interest in pursuing the New Hampshire Chapter of The American Physical Therapy Association approval for your course.

We strive to provide and support quality educational and informative seminars and courses for our membership. We ask that you please completely review and complete the attached information in order to proceed with the approval process.

HOW TO SUBMIT A COURSE: 
  1. Set up a Provider account.
  2. On your Provider Dashboard, use the large yellow button to begin a course application entry.  Enter all details you have; you can save a draft if you need to return at a later time.
  3. Once you have all of your information, and course dates/locations,  you will use the SUBMIT icon on the dashboard listing entry, inline with your course title.
  4. The first step in submitting a course application is to choose the state association you’d like to submit to.
  5. The state choice will take you to the specifics on pricing and requirements page, allowing you to make choices there.
  6. Once you are complete with those choices, you’ll submit payment and the course application will be submitted.
  7. You should receive an email notice of submission.
  8. At this point, the course application will land back on your dashboard listing, and be LOCKED from further changes.
