Below are the proposal forms for Educational Presentations and Poster Research Presentations for the 2025 Annual Conference.

Poster Presentation: June 1, 2025

We invite you to submit a presentation that focuses on innovation, and evidence-based practices. Whether you have groundbreaking ideas, innovative approaches, or compelling evidence-based practices to share, we encourage you to submit a proposal and be part of this impactful event.

Proposals are reviewed by the Annual Conference Committee ensuring fairness and alignment with the conference’s educational goals.

There is parking in front of the building. If it is full, there is overflow parking across the street at Fratello’s Restaurant.

There is an elevator to the 3rd floor.  Students will be available to greet you at the door of the building.

Please join immediately following the Annual Conference at Stark Brewery (walking distance) for appetizers and cash bar.  This event will also include the 2024 Scholarship Award announcement.

To recognize PT Month and Day of Service, we are asking attendees to bring  non perishable items to donate to local food pantries and shelters.
